My own practice emphasizes law in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Insurance, Construction Defects and Contracts. The bulk of my practice involves finding remedies for people who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This type of law is called “torts” and often includes insurance law issues. We are very familiar with insurance companies that will do anything to avoid paying claims. Insurance companies know which law firms try their cases and which ones just attempt to settle them.
